This one is my easy CBA to cook a full meal meal!
Preperation time - 5 minutes
Cooking Time - 20-25 minutes
Serves 4
You need
4 Chicken Thighs
1 red onion, sliced
400g chopped tomatoes with herbs
400g can mixed beans drained and rinsed
2tsp Balsamic Vinager
Fress chopped leafed parclet to garnish
How to
- Heat a non-stick pan and fry the chicken thighs, skin side down, untill golden, turn over and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the onion and fry for a further 5 minutes, add the tomatoes, mixed beans and vinager. Cover the pan and simmer for 10-12 minutes untill piping hot.
- Garnish with parcley and serve.
